Hi, I work in pvt ltd company. Want suggestion for salary structure of Rs 25000
Earnings::
Basic. : rs 13860
HRA. : Rs 6930
Conveyance All: Rs 1300
Medical All: Rs 1200
Special Allow. :Rs1400
Mobile Allow: Rs 300
Food Allow: Rs 210
Gross salary: Rs 25200
Deductions:
P .T: Rs 200
Net salary: Rs 25000
Is it OK? Pl guide.

Why PF is not part of CTC ? as basic is less than 15k it is compulsory

Please make sure you take bills of mobile if you put Mobile allowances in cctc.
