Is My Salary Structure of Rs 25,000 Fair? Seeking Guidance and Suggestions

Hi, I work in a private limited company. I want suggestions for a salary structure of Rs 25,000.

Earnings:
Basic: Rs 13,860
HRA: Rs 6,930
Conveyance Allowance: Rs 1,300
Medical Allowance: Rs 1,200
Special Allowance: Rs 1,400
Mobile Allowance: Rs 300
Food Allowance: Rs 210
Gross salary: Rs 25,200

Deductions:
P.T: Rs 200
Net salary: Rs 25,000

Is it okay? Please guide me.

Why is PF not part of CTC? As the basic is less than 15k, it is compulsory.

I am new. Hope my calculation breakup is correct and matching.

Your calculation seems fine! Please make sure you take bills of mobile if you put Mobile allowances in CTC.

What is the correct percentage of the salary bifurcations in CTC of (BASIC SALARY, HRA, CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE, SPL ALLOWANCE, OTHER ALLOWANCE)? Also, will medical insurance be included in the salary pay slip amount?
