We are in the service industry. I need some sample forms for manpower agreements. We hire employees on a contract basis.

We are outsourcing service providers and need a sample contract format for the agreement between us and the employer organization. We are a registered organization and have our PAN, MSME, PF, ESIC, and Labour License duly validated.
