Sample forms for manpower agreement between contractor employer

We are service industry, i need some sample forms for manpower agreements.we hire employees on the contract basis

We are Outsourcing Service providers and in need of a sample Contract format of the said agreement between us & the Employer Organization.. We are a registered organization and have our PAN, MSME, PF, ESIC & Labour License duly validated.

Request kindly help/advise us for providing skilled workers & super skilled workers, around 26-32 nos. to a reputed & well organized Employer..

What contracts have you been using in the past??
