Treatment of NCP days while filing ECR in cases of unauthorized leaves getting regularized later (Leave without pay converted later to Leave with Pay)

Dear All,
The NCP days are mentioned while filing ECR monthly returns for leaves without pay. Suppose the NCP has been mentioned as 3 days this month and later those 3 days leaves are regularized or converted to leave with pay, then how to change in the ECR with respect to the already mentioned 3 NCP days in the previous returns. Kindly clarify.

Dear Vadiraj, there is no provision for correction of NCP Days enterEd at the time of filing Monthly ECR
The system what you are following is not correct.ECR is generated based on Monthly Salary Abstract.before generation of Salary Abstract you have to incorporate Absence/LOP
The ECR Filed should match with your Salary Abstaract.please put proper systems in place that before salary Generation, Leave Register is updated

As mentioned , you have marked 3 days NCP in current contributon period ,means you have not paid the salary for the said 3 days and accordingly you have paid less PF contribution in that month and later his leaves are regularized and you paid the salary for said three days. Hence these three days payment & PF contribution shall be paid through arrear amount in next month.
Please mentioned the basic salary and contribution for said three day payment in arrear while uploading the sheet.
