Dear Friends, Can someone suggest some Employee appreciation Practices like, employee of the month, 100 % attendance etc, for motivating the workers in Plant.

For workers you can give 100% attendance award for month and you can give them monetary benefit if your managements approves for same. As workers normally get happy if they are benefited with extra income, and they ensure they get it every month.
