Which minimum wages to follow - manpower /labour /security services provider?

Dear Sir, We are manpower /labour /security services provider Pvt Ltd Co having state shop Act registration. We provide services to various industries such as manufacturing/Engg/chemical/plastic/Pharma/hotel etc. Which minimum wages is applicable to our employees deployed at these companies?

State based minimum wages are applicable for Manpower and labour services employee. For security you need to follow minimum wages issued by security guard board only. Before that, you need to make sure if you have valid PASARA license to provide security services and following all rules and regulations mentioned under it.
