Minimum Wage Confusion: How Do We Determine Rates for Our Service Employees?

We are a manpower/labor/security services provider Pvt. Ltd. Co having state Shop Act registration. We provide services to various industries such as manufacturing/engineering/chemical/plastic/pharmaceutical/hotel, etc. Which minimum wage is applicable to our employees deployed at these companies?

State-based minimum wages are applicable for manpower and labor services employees. For security services, you need to follow the minimum wages issued by the security guard board only. Before that, you need to make sure you have a valid PASARA license to provide security services and are following all the rules and regulations mentioned under it.
