Workplace Injury: How Long Should We Continue Paying Salary to an Employee Who Hasn't Returned?

I need clarification. I want to know how long we should pay salary to an injured person who met with an accident within the company and has not returned to work up to date.

Furthermore, you have also mentioned that the employee has not returned to work to this date. When did the employee meet with the accident? Is the employee medically fit to resume duty? Without providing all the relevant details, you are requesting a reply. As long as the employee is medically unfit, he is eligible for leave with pay/salary.
