Need Help with Correct Salary Breakdown for Delhi/NCR According to 2017 Rules?

Could anyone please help me with the correct salary breakup for Delhi/NCR as per the 2017 rules?

Here is the proposed breakdown:

- Basic Pay = 30% of Gross salary
- House Rent Allowance = 40% of basic pay
- Medical Allowance = ₹1,250 per month
- Conveyance Allowance = ₹800 per month

Salary Breakdown Considerations

The basic salary can be 30%-50% of the gross; however, it should not be less than the minimum wages as defined by the state government. The HRA should be 50% in respect of Metro Cities. The conveyance allowance is now admissible up to 1600 per month.
