PF contribution on court order of payment of arrears?

Dear forum members, I have a query, kindly clarify please.
Our company entered into a long term settlement. the workmen raised dispute before the court claiming some arrears. the court passed ordered to pay Rs 400/- per month from the date of settlement.
After court order if company pays the arrears, whether the PF authorities can demand late payment penalty and damages & interest from the date settlement on the arrears paid or not?

they cannot demand late payment fees for the arrears payment. But you need to mention the court order for back wages passed retrospectively
