Husband passed away in Feb '17. He used to work in a private job for more than 10 years.

What is the provision of widow's pension? Does it have anything to do with PF withdrawal or EPF? The request has been rejected, stating that "CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED ON 8/12/2016."

Had your husband already withdrawn the EPF amount before his death?
Was your husband eligible for EPS pension, and was he issued with an EPS Scheme Certificate?
