Dear All, I thank you for taking the time to go through my query. I am an aviation professional with 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. The last 6 years of my career have been dedicated to management across departments such as Training (Soft Skills/Leadership/Mindset/Hospitality), Performance Management, and Operations Management. Currently, I am looking to broaden my horizons and wish to venture into the L&D stream.
Seeking Advice on L&D Certifications
Hence, I require your advice on the latest and most suitable certifications/courses to pursue to aim for the L&D Manager position. I hold a bachelor's degree in commerce and have completed a few courses such as Train the Trainer and High Impact Presentation. The internet offers a wide selection of courses, and below is the course/certification that, with my limited knowledge, I feel is suitable for me. I request you to please advise on the course and the institute below.
1) Licentiate in T&D (L T & D) from Middle Earth HR, and the course offers the following:
- Certified Instructional Designer
- Master Trainer and Facilitator
- Certified Learning and Development Manager
A directional point from your end will be fruitful for me. I thank you again.
Regards, Avtar
