How to transfer previous company pf to current company pf

Want to transfer previous company pf to current company pf. But not able to do this online. Getting error
"Details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed".
Anyone please clear this.

Fill form No. 13 for same. Update your KYC like PAN Card, Adhar Card, Bank Detail's in both PF A/c wich will be automatically merge by PF Office at the and of financial year.

No need to fill form no 13 just you fill enclosed new Composite Declaration Form (F-11)
The Composite Declaration Form will also replace Form No. 13 in all cases of auto transfer vide order No. Manual/Amendment/2011/1 33~' dated 20.09.2017.
hence submit filled new Composite Declaration Form (F-11) to your current employer.
