Struggling to Transfer Your Previous Company's PF Online? Here's the Error I'm Facing

Want to transfer the previous company's PF to the current company's PF. However, I am unable to do this online. I am receiving an error message stating, "Details of the previous account are different from the present account. Hence, the claim request cannot be processed." Can anyone please provide clarification on this issue?

Please fill Form No. 13 for the same. Update your KYC details such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Details in both PF accounts, which will be automatically merged by the PF Office at the end of the financial year.

Hi,

No need to fill out Form No. 13; simply fill out the enclosed new Composite Declaration Form (F-11). The Composite Declaration Form will replace Form No. 13 in all cases of auto transfer as per Order No. Manual/Amendment/2011/133 dated 20.09.2017. Therefore, please submit the filled new Composite Declaration Form (F-11) to your current employer.
