Withdraw of PF when employee creates new PF a/c in new organisation under same UAN

Dear Sir, I have a query regarding withdraw of PF amount. One employee resigned one organization and joined at another one.
He creates new PF a/c in new organisation under same UAN . Can he withdraw his previous PF amount(EPF+EPS)?

PF amount can not be withdrawn while being in Employment & while being EPF Member. Consequent to change in Employment, new member ID is created.This can not be the ground for withdrawal.Please opt for online Transfer.PF Retirement Fund
