Seeking Fresh Ideas for Fun and Educational Employee Activities in a BPO Setting

I am a new member of your team and I am glad I have joined a great community with all of you. I am working as an employee relations executive in one of the BPOs. Considering the pressures employees go through, I have taken on the responsibility to organize fun activities, team-building activities, fun games, and events for my employees.

I have gone through earlier posts, but most of the activities like family days, birthday cards, traditional days, picnics, etc., are already happening at my workplace. All I want from all you senior people is to give some ideas and activities that can be both learning experiences and fun moments.

There is an activity to develop collaboration through a game and a presentation. This game is played by four teams under the title "Win As Much As You Can."

The details may be obtained from textbooks. I am also searching for it. If any member has this game, please share.
