My employer informed me of a 2-year bond and a 3-month notice period. One year after I joined, they requested me to sign a 20-rupee bond for a 2-year period from my date of joining. However, they have not provided me with a copy for my reference.
Validity of the Bond
My query is, is this bond valid? Can I serve my notice during this bond period, or should I only serve the 3-month notice period after completing the bond period?
Employer's Termination Policy
On the employer's side, if they terminate an employee, they are supposed to give a 2-month notice as stated in the offer letter. However, they do not adhere to this and terminate employees immediately without any notice. I want to ensure my safety. Please let me know if I can serve the notice period during the bond period.
