Encountering an Error While Saving on EPFO: How Can I Fix This Issue?

After filling all information, when I click to save, I am encountering the following error. Kindly help if anyone has an idea about this:

"Unexpected character ''' (code 34) in DOCTYPE declaration; expected a space between public and system identifiers at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,50]."

Please review and advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am also getting the error while registering for an individual.

Now, the registration system shows an error as "NULL." I don't know what the issue is.

I am also getting the same error while uploading KYC for an individual. Also facing the error while modifying Basic Details. "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
