Confused About ESIC Calculation in CTC? Need Urgent Clarification on Gross Salary Formula

It's really urgent and important for me. Please confirm the ESIC eligibility calculation method as:

CTC - EMPLOYER PF - EMPLOYER ESIC - GRATUITY = GROSS SALARY

OR

CTC - EMPLOYER PF - GRATUITY = GROSS SALARY

We have just introduced the CTC concept for all staff.

In your two options, the first one is applicable:

CTC - EMPLOYER PF - EMPLOYER ESIC - GRATUITY = GROSS SALARY

Please let me know if you need further clarification or assistance.

CTC - Employer EPF Contribution - Employer ESI Contribution - Gratuity = Gross Salary.
