Payment of PF and ESIC delayed payment charges

Hi all, we are a mfg. company located in Navi Mumbai. We have a number of contractors engaged under CLA. Few of contractors are delaying to pay statutory PF and ESIC for their workmen and crossing the due date. We have calculated the liabilities of damage charges and penal interest under section 7Q & 14B of PF and section 31A & 31C of ESIC act as per their payment dates of PF/ESIC.
Please let me know is there any provision to pay interest and damage charges online through contractors login?

No, Contractors are independently covered.Each of the Contractor has to wait for written Communication quantifying Interest and applicable damages by respective Departments.Principal Employer can only advise Contractors to avoid belated remittance
