Exploring Introductory Psychology Courses for Enhancing Employee Counseling Skills

Can anyone suggest if there is any diploma course specializing in psychology that covers only the introduction and basics of psychology? I want to pursue this course to enhance my skills for employee counseling and designing psychometric tests. I have a background in commerce as a graduate and have also completed DHRM.

You can try websites of AIMA. They have a few courses on psychology. Also, you can Google it. There are many universities that offer diploma courses in psychology. Try checking Chennai University websites.

However, if you want it to help you in employee counseling, I guess just the basics are not enough. You need to look for specialization in industrial psychology.
