- After approval, the status can be checked.
- The request will appear as a task in the Dealing Hand's login in the concerned EPFO office.
- The Dealing Hand verifies and sends recommendations to the Section Supervisor.
- The Section Supervisor can approve or reject the request.
- Finally, the APFC/RPFC will give the final approval or rejection.

- EPFO has not set a deadline for this process, but employer approval is mandatory.
