Hi Folks, I have to prepare a leave policy for my company. We are basically into pathology business and the head office is based at Ahmedabad. I want to confirm following:
Which Act will be applicable for policy rules?
How to go about giving leaves to employees working at different regions, i.e. Delhi
Can we introduce something where we can promote leave encashment on month on month basis? Reason is, since its a pathology industry we need people in the work place 24/7 since it has a direct impact on our business.
