Could someone confirm the latest amendment in Bonus Act held in 2017. If the basis is 12000/- & HRA 7000/- what would be the formula to calculate the bonus amount. Is there any minimum wages clause applicable for bonus calculation in Haryana. Also, are there any online portals where we can register our Company for getting free of cost latest updates on Labour Laws.
