Dear Sir/Madam, I have 7 years of experience. For the first 5 years, I worked at L&T and successfully completed my tenure. Subsequently, I worked at Godrej for 2 years. Unfortunately, I received a work termination letter due to my desire to pursue higher studies. The reason cited for termination was non-compliance with company policies. However, before termination, they offered me the option to settle by paying a 3-month notice period. Given my need to manage my study expenses, I chose not to accept this option.

Now that my studies are completed, I am concerned about whether this previous termination might affect my job prospects with the same company.

4. In your next job, do not submit such documents. The reason for leaving the job should be stated as personal development or growth. However, if questioned by the authorities, do not hide the truth.
