Who Gets the PF and Pension: Mother or Wife? Need Help with Required Documents

shanthyswaroop
Dear Sir,

Please suggest to me the documents required for the deceased PF employee. In this case, the employee had designated his mother as his nominee before marriage. He continued working in the company for 5 years after his marriage and has now passed away. To whom will the PF amount be credited, his mother or his wife? And who will receive the Pension?

Kindly advise on the necessary documents to be submitted on behalf of his wife.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
