Document for the expired person of PF Employee.

Dear Sir,
Please suggest me the documents to be required for the expired person of PF employee.
In this case the employee had made his mother as his nominee before marriage.And he worked in that company for 5 years after his marriage.And now he expired.Then the PF amount will be credited to whom(his mother or his wife)? And the Pension will be received by whom?
So,Please suggest me what are the documents to be filled in favour of his wife.

Dear Shanthyswaroop, whether it is Death while in Service or after leaving Service?
Consequent to Marriage, Wife & Children are entitled for the below mentioned:
Refund of PF Amount-Wife
EDLI Benefit only for Death while in Service-Wife
EPS Pension-Wife & Children below 25 Years
Documents required-Death Certificate in Original, Aadhaar card of Wife & Children, Bank Account Details of Wife & children-cancelled Cheque leaf containing name of the Account Holder or photo Copy of First page of Pass Book,Pass port Size Photographs of Spouse & Children, Marriage Certificate
