Hi, Is Employee Engagement activities is for Workers Also or only Staff please kindly suggest me

Employee engagement activities applied in both categories (staff and workers). Engagement activities can be On the Job and Off the job in number of ways. This help in keep energetic , innovative and refresh the employees which in turn tune with positive mind set and bonding with organisation and colleagues.

Truely said, I am yet to understand your question "Is Employee Engagement activities is for Workers Also or only Staff ". Thanks to Mr Singh he made out some meaning and suggested. In your posting you used three words Employee, Workers & Staff, who is engaging whom for what and where? Hope you clarify my doubts, for suggesting something in the matter.
