Hello all respected members,
I need your guidance, i am working in a organisation which is registered under Sec 8 of Companies act as not for profit organisation. Our work is working as knowledge partner with ULB's, Municipalities, Industries for Solid waste management and other social issues. I am confused that under which Section i give minimum wage to my team members. I have registered manpower supplier he follows all rules but in the GR of Maharashtra State of Minimum wage i didn't get section in which our company profile fits.
Kindly give your suggestions to solve this issue.
