Employement bond/Aggrement which can proceed legally

Hi,
My name is Harikrishna working as a HR in Ricksun Infotech Pvt Ltd,IT company at Lakshmi puram.We are hiring freshers into our company and we make them to write a LEGAL Bond /Aggrement for 03 years (It should be legal and we have to proceed legally for certain cases).Can you forward the template and along with that,please explain the procedure and legal things we have to remember.....

Such bonds will have no legal sanctity if an employee challenges them before labour authorities of court of law.They can at best serve as moral bonds.
