Bonus Act Annual Challan in Haryana - applicability and process?

Respected Team, I wants to submit Bonus Act Annual Challan in Harayana. Please suggest me the applicability and process as well.

Dear OSMG, there is nothing called "Bonus Act Annual Challan in Harayana" The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 is a Central Legislation.Refer to HaryanaThe payment of Bonus Rules.You have to submit Annual Return before 31/12/2017.You are from Management Consultancy Service? Thanks for your valuable revert. You right The Payment of Bonus Act is a Central Govt process. My question was to shall we submit the Annual Return Challan (Form-D) in Haryana location as well.
As for Delhi Location we already submitted Form- D. Is it also applicable for Haryana?? If yes then where we submit the Document??

Dear It is not "Annual Return Challan" But "Annual Return" to be submitted to Jurisdictional Labour Officer
