Submitting Bonus Act Annual Challan in Haryana: What’s the Process and Is It Applicable?

Dear OSMG, there is nothing called "Bonus Act Annual Challan in Haryana." The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 is a Central Legislation. Refer to Haryana The Payment of Bonus Rules. You have to submit the Annual Return before 31/12/2017. Are you from Management Consultancy Service? Please go through the relevant Act & Rules thoroughly before raising your query.

Thank you for your valuable response. You are correct that The Payment of Bonus Act is a Central Government process. My question pertains to whether we should submit the Annual Return Challan (Form-D) in Haryana as well. We have already submitted Form-D for Delhi location. Does the same procedure apply for Haryana? If so, could you please advise where we should submit the documents?

It is not "Annual Return Challan" but "Annual Return" to be submitted to the Jurisdictional Labour Officer.
