You should know what the actual HR activities are that happen in industries. It is a different cup of tea altogether. Therefore, don't get enamored by your qualifications; there is much more beyond that. Hence, develop the urge, desire, and passion to learn everything that is required. Whichever company or organization you join, get to know the business functions of the company in-depth. HR is a business partner, so do not confine yourself to your area of operation alone.
