You have to understand one thing here HR department and Sales department are two separate wings.
Whether it is a automobile showroom or company HR activities remain the same like attendance/leave rules,recruitment,payroll,appraisals,employee motivation,training,facilities management etc.
Where as sales has a different curriculum altogether involving activities like self grooming,product information,target achievement,team handling,using innovative techniques for increasing sales and company brand etc.
