how to structure salary if it is on performance basis

hello,
We are paying salary on performance basis- like if any one sell 20 kit he will get 15000/-. If he does less then he will get less. means if he sells 10 kits he will get 7500/-
how can I calculate HRA Basic on this type of situation.basic will be variable each month?

Irrespective of number of kit sold if you pay wage/salary then in any case it should not be less minimum wages prescribed by appropriate government.

Dear Kaizanhr,
If you are recruiting anybody on wages / salary then the above said structure cannot work for them. Also, if want to go ahead with this then you have an option to have service or sells contract with them as per which the will not be employee of your organisation.
