Guidance for HCM training - Workday, SAP success factor or Oracle?

Hi Team, I was working with Peoplesoft HCM 9.0 nearly 4 years and I got moved to Ramco HCM and worked for 1+ years, now I really want to work with other HCM product like Workday, SAP success factor or Oracle. Could any one guide me to go for demand HCM opportunities ?

As you have already experienced Peoplesoft, Oracle would be a plus.
Workday is another leading ERP on cloud, recommend to try that as well
