I have worked with Peoplesoft HCM 9.0 for nearly 4 years before transitioning to Ramco HCM, where I gained over 1 year of experience. I am now eager to explore opportunities working with other HCM products such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle. Can anyone provide guidance on how to pursue opportunities in the HCM field?

As you have already experienced PeopleSoft, Oracle would be a plus. Workday is another leading ERP on the cloud; I recommend trying that as well.
