How to hire fresher candidates other than colleges, LinkedIn, Vendors?

Hi, We're an IT company in Panchkula, India. Our company is looking to hire basic fresher graduates for various positions.
I've tried contacting colleges, LinkedIn, Vendors. Any other suitable way?

Other options would be like -
* Plan for an off campus drive in your facility (Advertising in Social media will be more effective - LinkedIn, Whatsup, Facebook etc other than Naukri )
* Now, even naukri is providing the services for the fresher database - you can contact them.
