What Were the Minimum Wage Rates in Uttar Pradesh for 59 Establishments in Late 2017?

Please provide the minimum wage rates in Uttar Pradesh from 01.10.2017 to 31.03.2018 for 59 establishments.

As per my understanding, the UP government is not going to change the minimum wages (same as effective from April 2017) because the UP government is declaring the minimum wage based on the CPI provided by the Shimla Bureau of Index. For this half-year, the CPI is low by 1.17 (276.33-277.5).
