Hello, I have doubt in ESI- an employee works in an orgainsation for just three months. During this period, orgainsation created a ESI account and deducted amount too. After the period of three month he/she leave a orgainsation for a some reason. That orgainsation may cancelled or not the ESI account of the employee. After Long time back he/she join again that same orgainsation. So, My question can the same account be used for that particular employee.....
