Can an Employee Reuse Their ESI Account if They Rejoin After Leaving?

Hello, I have a doubt about ESI - if an employee works in an organization for just three months. During this period, the organization creates an ESI account and deducts amounts as well. After the three-month period, if he/she leaves the organization for some reason, the organization may or may not cancel the ESI account of the employee. If, after a long time, he/she joins the same organization again, can the same account be used for that particular employee?
