How can I file a case against the company for Full and Final settlement?

I worked in manpower from April 2017 to July 2017.Now four months have passed and I still not got my full and Final . My 20 days salary is pending. They are giving me date after date for this. I was hired for McCain foods. The company office is in Chandigarh while my working area was LUDHIANA. Please suggest me how can I file a case against the company ?

Dear Mr, Yaman ,
I would like to suggest you to go to your management and ask for your full & final according to me it is a better way of solving your problem. Speak to HR / Operations Head and tell him regarding your problem of pending salary. If they do not agree than only take some decision going for legal / Labour court.

Hi,
Escalate the matter to the Top Most person in the Company.Even if they dont agree,please go to Labour Commissioner's Office and file a complaint.
