EPF pension scheme certificate - when to process certificate?

Dear Sir, I have received the PF pension scheme certificate in year DEC 2013, I am now at age of 47 yrs old. I am at Bangalore certificate been issued from BANDRA (MUMBAI-1).
How do i process the certificate when i attain age of 53yrs or now it self should i go to the bank get registered my scheme certificate attached.
Pls brief me out.

Dear Mr Saravana Kumaran at the present age of 47 Years you are not eligible to avail EPS Pension.After completing 50 Years, you are eligible for Pension provided your Scheme Certificate mentions Pensionable Service is 10 or more years
