Hi, I want the list of things that is compulsory for an industry having 1500+ Labours. Its a bit urgent.Your help will be highly appreciated.

Prepare checklist under various applicable laws in your industry .... for this use handbook for employers.
If comes under factory: 1. Canteen/rest room
2. Water center
3. Ambulance room/Dispensary
4. Welfare and safety officer
5. safety provision like PPE etc as per laws
6. Records etc etc
Approved standing order as per your organisation , otherwise model standing will applicable.
