Firstly, do understand/jot down various HR Functions in your Department / Process Area.
Secondly, you are required to develop a Procedure / the Standard way the function should operate.
Third, develop Corrective Action & Preventive Action for the each function for Continual Improvement of the Process.
Instead of initially depending on ready-made formats or material, I sincerely, advise you to "Initiate the Ground-Work" and then take reference from any available source.
This way would help reduce "Dependency Proneness" and enhance the ability of "Thought Process".
