Pls. let me know that if we missed some employee name from the gratuity eligibility list from last 5 years and now we want his name in the list showing his actual date of joining suppose his DOJ is 1st April, 2011. What & how we can do it.
If you have taken group gratuity policy then you have to intimate the insurance company accordingly.
If your company makes provision for gratuity, then this person's total gratuity should be added to sum being provided for gratuity.
If it is mere list then just add the name & total gratuity calculation.
