Missed an Employee on the Gratuity List? Here's How to Update Their Joining Date

Please let me know if we missed an employee's name from the gratuity eligibility list in the last five years, and now we want to include their name in the list, showing their actual date of joining. For example, if their Date of Joining (DOJ) is 1st April 2011, how can we go about updating the list?

If you have taken a group gratuity policy, then you have to inform the insurance company accordingly.

If your company makes provisions for gratuity, then this person's total gratuity should be added to the sum being provided for gratuity.

If it is just a list, then simply add the name and total gratuity calculation.
