Struggling to Source IT Profiles as a New Freelancer: Any Advice or Tips?

One of my friends was working as a freelancer for a reputed HR consulting service. As he started his career newly, he was unable to take job portal subscriptions. He was getting openings for all types of technologies but was mainly involved in the pure IT domain. He was receiving requirements for a minimum of 3+ years and a maximum of 10 years of experience, where he is facing difficulty in sourcing the profiles.

Could anyone help or advise in sourcing? Thank you.

You can ask the person to use LinkedIn and free job portals for sourcing. There are numerous free portals available in India where he can post the jobs and then find profiles, similar to OLX.

There are several job portals like JobHai, Indeed, Freshers World, LinkedIn, etc. Utilize X-ray search and Boolean search and send InMail to potential candidates. If feasible, consider subscribing to Lusha to view contact numbers for direct calls.
