Do We Need a Separate Shop and Establishment License for Our New Office in Bangalore?

Our company is based in Bangalore. We have a shop and establishment license for our registered office. Now we have started a corporate office in a new location in Bangalore. Do we need to apply for a separate license for the new premises? If so, how can we apply on the E-krmika website?

As I'm from Mumbai and not very familiar with the Bangalore Shops and Establishments Act, I would like to inform you that every establishment must have a separate license for each premises they operate from.

If both offices are in different buildings, then yes.

There is nothing called "License" under The Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act. On the contrary, areas notified under the Act have to register their establishments. Such establishments are issued a Registration Certificate. You have 2 offices in two different locations warranting separate registration with the applicable jurisdictional authority.
