Internship Experience Letter format after internship period?

Hi All, Do we provide experience letter to interns after internship period. If yes, what will be the format?
Can someone help? I tried taking help with the citeHR however only could get offer letter for interns.

There is no format
You give a normal letter confirming he / she interned for xyz months, doing this work.
If he was exceptionally good, you can state it, and perhaps give Annx of details of what he / she did
