Innovative Ideas for cultural activities to help employees increase their creativity

Dear All, I am looking out for some innovative ideas for cultural activities.....I am working with a Diamond Manufacturing firm & we have 150 employees. I am looking out for activities which will help them to increase their creativity........Traditional Day is not possible because all production staff wear Uniform before entering into factory.

You may do cultural food festivals days celebration....use icebreaking techniques, which will be intresting as well as creative for them to enhance their approach/behond limits.
