Sir, I have completed 9 years and 10 months. Can I withdraw my PF and pension fund?

Yes, you can. After 10 years of service, you will be eligible for a pension. Until then, you can withdraw your pension as well.

You have not informed whether you are currently employed or not, and whether you are still an EPF member. You can withdraw your EPF provided you are not in employment and not covered under EPF for more than 2 months. You are eligible for a Scheme Certificate in lieu of EPS accumulations. EPS membership of 9 years and 10 months is rounded off to 10 years.

Please contact your previous employer for withdrawal. Furthermore, if you opt for withdrawal now, you will not earn pro-rata interest from 01/04/2017 to the date of withdrawal. It is better to withdraw during April 2018.
