Understanding CTC: Are PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity Included in Your Package?

Wishing you well. I would like to know if the following are part of CTC or not:

1. Employer's contribution to PF
2. Employer's contribution to ESIC
3. Bonus
4. Earned Leave Encashment
5. Gratuity

Please also send me a format of CTC to offer new joinee.

Yes, all aspects except Leave encashment can be part of CTC.
