Salary Over Rs. 21,000: Can I Still Stay Covered by ESIC? How to Navigate This Situation

suryaprakash.talluri@gmail.com
Sir,

I have crossed my salary to Rs. 21,000. The company says that you will not be covered under ESIC. Is there any option to continue being covered by ESIC?
Prashant B Ingawale
You are entitled only until the contribution cycle, i.e., October to March and April to September. After that, you cannot be covered in any case.

I have corrected the spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors in your text. I have also adjusted the paragraph formatting to improve clarity. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask.

If one employee joins in June and the gross salary is Rs. 21,620, can he be eligible for ESIC contribution?
Prashant B Ingawale
If the "Wages" are more than the limit prescribed under the Act, then the employee will not be covered under the ESIC Act.
