Understanding Form 15G/H: Is It Necessary for Your PF Claim and What Does It Do?

Hello, all,

The new composite form of EPFO has been introduced. Can anyone tell me about Form 15G/H? Is it compulsory to attach Form 15G/H along with the PF Claim form, and what is the purpose of Form 15G/H?

If the withdrawal amount is more than Rs. 50,000, you have to attach Form 15G/H to avoid income tax.
