Worried About Late Submission of Factory Manager Change Documents? Need Advice on Penalties?

Dear Sir,

I want to know if I am late to submit the documents within 7 days of the change of the Factory Manager, do I need to pay any penalty or late fee? Are there any other documents we need to submit?

How many days did you delay, Dear Ashok? Immediate intimation should go to the Inspector of Factories.

You can also submit a letter now with Form 2A for the change of Factory Manager, requesting to condone the delay. There will be no penalty for this. If you pay the license fee late, a penalty will be imposed.
