Late Submission of Factory Manager Change Doc.

Dear Sir,
I want to know that i am late to submit the documents within 7 days of change of Factory Manager . In this case any penalty or late fee need to pay .
or any other doc we have to submit.
Please Advise.

How many days did you delay Dear Ashok? Immediate intimation should go to the Inspector of Factories.
You can as well submit a letter now with the form 2 A of change of Factory Manager requesting to condone the delay.
Penalty would not be there on this.If you are paying license fee late penalty is imposed.
