How Do You Withdraw EPF & EPS for Employees Over 58? Seeking Guidance!

Hi seniors,

We made the payments for EPF & EPS accounts for employees who have attained the age of 58 years. What is the procedure to withdraw EPF & EPS amounts? Please suggest me.

An employee left on 31/08/2017. His date of birth is 15/01/1951.
