Epf & eps withdrawal - employee attained age above 58 yrs

Hi Seniors, We made the payments EPF & EPS a/c who attained age above 58 yrs.of employee. What is the procedure to withdraw epf & eps amount.
Please suggest me .....

Please clarify whether Employees who have crossed 58 Years are Still in Service? Contributing to EPF & EPS?

Hi Sir,
He is left the service now,But this year 2 month contribution gone this account .
He total working will be 3 to 4 yrs only
