Career advice - B.tech IT - I left marketing job and could not secure any job in government sector

I completed my b.tech in IT at 2012 and started working in marketing as I didn't get chance to work with IT sector. As I didn't get my salary properly so I left marketing sector after 2 yrs and started preparing for government sector.
But after this year's I didn't fetch a single job in government sector. So right now I have no idea what to do, I am completely frustrated. So please suggest me what to do now.

Its better first you choose to go on which domain IT or Non-IT. Then you choose which job suits you and can help you grow in career-wise and satisfy your daily needs.
If still not getting job for 6 months then go for Masters - MBA or MS. Prepare well and join in a college that provide placement for you.
